– Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
– Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
– Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
– To qualify for a refund or return, customers must provide an unedited package opening video as proof.
Return Process:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
